About this concert
Te Mana Hā is a multi-ethnic group of people who live, work and thrive in Te Tau Ihu o te Waka-ā-Maui. As a Kapa Waiata (Choir), Te Mana Hā sing waiata as a way to learn and uplift te reo Māori. We support singing and speaking te reo in our homes, with our whānau and in the community.
Our name Te Mana Hā means ‘The empowered breath’.
Te Mana Hā is a non-for-profit choir performing in the community since 2021.
